I make AI rollouts work inside real companies.

I work with companies where the AI rollout is moving faster than the organization. The tools work. The managers cannot answer what their teams are asking, training happened and nothing changed, and nobody is quite sure who owns the result. That is the part I work on.

Web.com was my third internet company. I launched it from my basement in the 1990s, my team grew it into a top-20 domain and hosting company in the world, and I sold it in the early 2000s. I built the Goal Boss operating system and wrote the first book about it in 2018. Judgment Day: How to Lead When AI Breaks Everything rebuilds that method for a world where the technology moves faster than the org chart.

On weekends I build things that probably should not exist: a working roller coaster, a walk-in geodesic sphere, and now a single-seat passenger drone. Commercial pilot. I care about shipping small, real tools instead of AI theater.
