Throughout my career I have never once been
able to separate my physical fitness from my professional fitness.
Said differently, I've never been able to separate my body from my
mind.
I have always been at my most creative, my most successful, and my
happiest, when my body has been in tune. The best problem solving and
creativity I do always happens between mile 5 and mile 15 of a run. My
mind works better out there, particularly in the creative department.
This, by the way, is a scientifically proven fact. Adrenalin,
endorphins, and increased bloodflow to the brain allows - even
guarantees -
more creativity, better problem-solving, and more out-of-the-box
thinking. The trick,
it turns out, is to get your body in good enough shape to take
advantage of this altered/enhanced state of consciousness.

Sure, we'll get you in shape. through group exercise, or through one-on-one Personal Mindset Training. The former is slightly more expensive than a regular boot camp. The value comes from having a trainer who's not just certified in physical fitness, but also certified and experienced in behavioral analysis, consulting, management, business operations/ownership, human resources/hiring, and mentoring. So, once we've got your heart rate up there in the 140s or better, we know your brain is in overdrive. We're not going to waste that opportunity to teach you how to count reps. That stuff is automatic. What we do is take that golden opportunity - that enhanced consciousness - and train you to solve problems, learn faster, make connections, and achieve more across the boards. Not just fitness.
